Returns are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund approval promptly. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Approved refunds will be processed and reflected in your account within 5–10 business days after we confirm the returned item meets the return requirements.

All orders and refunds are processed in USD in line with our standard payment policy.
